Hello
Anybody out there due Dec 2023 suffering with spd? This is my second pregnancy and the first was straightforward. This time I've suffered with a haematoma and now spd and monstrously puffy oedema. Does it get harder every pregnancy? Did your spd disappear after birth?
Thanks for reading x

I’m due my first in mid December and I’m currently signed off work due to PGP. I’ve been given some exercises to do from the physio but the further along I get, the worse the pain is😤

Are the exercises doing anything? My dr basicallly said it will just be like this now...

I'm due early December and I get the excruciating hip pain at night and I get it every single night 😭
I feel like a hot bath before bed eases it for the first half of the night slightly.
I get the PGP like someone kicked me down below as well but it's more when I over do it x

I’m due in February and I’ve started getting the sacroiliac ache this week keeping me awake and today I’ve noticed that very unpleasant pubic bone pain when I walk 🥴

i didn’t get pelvic pain until the last few weeks with my first so a bit worried that it’s started already at 17 weeks

puffysthename · 14/09/2023 18:14

@Nelbert19 This is me exactly! The pubic pain is awful!!! I had it at the end with my first but second time around it's been a few months already and I'm only at 27 weeks!!!!!!

@Lillybobs86 Yes overdoing it really doesn't help but it's impossible to just rest up all the time. If only!!!!

That’s it, im investing in a bump support belt! I was sort of hoping if I ignored it it would go away 😅

Hi. Spd with my first DD, now pregnant again due Jan. Not suffering quite as bad this time. Pain is bad at night.

Tbh my pain went away but even between pregnancies I've never stopped my pelvis clicking when I roll over in bed at night.
