13 weeks 1 day scan

Today I had my first scan, I am 13 weeks and 1 day.
My little one kept dancing about so the images were not clear.
I am unsure what the white bits are on the head and face also where the eyes are or even if you can tell the gender?

An ultrasound is a slice through what is being looked at, not the surface. So the white bits are bones, skull and jaw in the head. I don't think you can see the eyes on the sections you have, I'm not a sonographer so I don't know if you would be able to see them at this stage. It would be too early to tell the sex at 13 weeks.

Hi everyone! I had my first scan today (13 weeks) and baby refused to move off it's tummy! Too comfy!!
The midwife didn't really say much so I was wondering if this scan looks normal and healthy?!
