So I'm 35 weeks and 5 days with my 3rd baby, my youngest is 6 so I can't really remember what's normal or not.
For the last 2 days I've had constant period type pains low down ( they don't come and go when they are their it's like a constant pain) I had midwife yesterday for 36 week check who said this was a good sign when I told her about the pains and everything else was fine, BP, urine and baby was happy.
The pains seemed to have eased off today, I'm still having lots of clear discharge but when I just went to the bathroom and had a wee when I wiped their was a small drop of pinkish redish blood on the tissue paper. Is this normal and what can it be? Baby is still moving as normal so I'm not concerned with that it's just with the pains Ive been having for a couple of days I'm worried it might be early labour or if its just something that's normal. Tia

Could be the start of your show? If you’re concerned definitely ring your midwife x
