I have been trying to get pregnant for couple years now, I have pcos. I use flo app and it's been spot on everytime for couple years with when my periods due but I found myself not had a period for 48 days, no sign of period, I since highschool near period time I crave salmon, no cravings of salmon or no bad cramps.
I have noticed I'm abit more chubby, family and friends said I look more round faced, noticed changes myself, tender breasts, I keep getting on and off hip issues, belly ache, headache, feeling sick random times of day, feeling dizzy and faint. Feeling very tired and moody.
I have taken Poundland pregnancy tests and an Asda pregnancy test all have been negative, all done peeing straight onto stick.

You have been trying to get pregnant for a couple of years and you’re 23?

Rachiexo · 12/09/2023 17:30

Yeah, been trying around when I was 21-22, I'm 24 in January. Been with my partner for 5 years now and he's 35, 36 November

A late or even missed period isn’t all that uncommon even if you havent had it before. If your pregnancy tests are negative you are likely not pregnant. Even if you were pregnant you wouldn’t have put weight on that early, your family and friends are really rude for saying you look round faced

Rachiexo · 12/09/2023 19:43

Yes I agree, I have also thought I could have just missed one, I have been told mixed things, been told to wait a couple days and test again but dipping it in, also been told to go see a doctor just in case it's something else wrong and also been told for some people pregnancy tests haven't picked up on them being pregnant and a blood test could be good to confirm.
Yes I know it's too early to put weight on and I agree, I also have been told I now have the pregnancy glow etc.
I'm just gonna leave it until nearer end of this month and maybe make appointment with doctor and maybe do a other test in a few days.
Just wondering what other people thought on here.

@Rachiexo early pregnancy is often feeling rough, you wouldn’t have the “pregnancy glow” until second trimester if at all. So unless you’re over 12 weeks pregnant I wouldn’t take much notice of comments like that. A blood test is more sensitive than urine test so if your doctors will do it just go and get that done to put your mind at rest. Looking for symptoms won’t tell you anything at all

Op you are talking about this with way too many people in RL and getting their views and opinions

and they really don’t sound as they know their arse from their elbow
