Buying a pram/stroller

Hi everyone I really am pulling my hair out. I have had carpal tunnel syndrome for several years and since becoming pregnant this has worsened significantly. I am waiting to be referred to a specialist, however, long term treatment is injections or surgery which is just not an option at the moment.
I went to check prams today and all of them (including just under 10kg to 13kg) were too heavy for me to lift and caused additional wrist pain.
I also didn’t find them easy to close and looking online, auto fold is an option for some models.
Online I’ve also seen some strollers that can use maxi cosi adapters for an infant carrier, but then I can’t add a carrycot or the seat cannot be parent facing.
Does anyone have any idea which pram or stroller that is lightweight (ideally under 7 or 8 kg), easy to fold and can add a carry seat? Also anything that might be parent facing?
Any tips or suggestions welcome x

@PositiveThoughts11 the shop we went to was promoting the Nuna. It’s the upscale version of a joie. I think the dragonfly might be longer lasting though!
