What's unusual about it? Looks normal to me.

Discharge very normal throughout pregnancy and increases in amount drastically. Like prepare yourself if you haven't been pregnant before! 🥴

Yes! I'm 12 weeks and mine is still this colour. I mentioned it to my midwife and she said it's normal. If it smells really bad or you have other symptoms like itching, then seek medical advice.

@preggo39 sorry I've got another photo of the same time just in sun light, ( I also think I've been dribbling a little bit ) as I'm urinating a lot more 😂

What do you think? Is it similar to yours?

@MumOfHals That's exactly the same colour as mine! I think it's completely normal. I was worried too and sent a pic to my doctor before I saw the midwife and he also said it's normal.

It's now changed colour - to a browny colour. My ivf clinic have said to just keep an eye on it - think it could be implantation or irritation from my pesseries. Told them I've got a dull belly ache - again said this COULD be normal. Not much help really :'(. My pregnancy test is still positive although not sure how much this helps as not sure how quickly it would begin to show fainter if I was loosing it.

preggo39 · 27/12/2023 17:31

@Pinkprincess209 I had IVF and I had brown spotting from 6.5 weeks to 8.5 weeks. It was all fine. I also had a bleed at 12 weeks - also fine. I'm now 28 weeks.

I know how worrying it is though, I really do. Is your scan in a week or so? Hugs x

Pinkprincess209 · 27/12/2023 17:47

@preggo39 my scan is scheduled for 4th Jan. Feels like a life time away! My clinic have suggested possible implantation bleeding, possible also that it could just be from everything stretching away. Could also be irritation from pesseries. I guess it's just a waiting game now to see if I get a big bleed. X

Thankyou for helping to reassure me! It's such a heart wrenching time isn't it. X

preggo39 · 27/12/2023 18:33

@Pinkprincess209 I had a positive pregnancy test after my second transfer and that pregnancy wasn't viable, but I had no clue until the 7 week scan. After this transfer and the spotting I convinced myself it was another miscarriage, and it turned out to be completely fine! So spotting can be completely normal in healthy pregnancies. I had lots of cramping too.

Try not to google too much and make sure you have some nice distractions for the week ahead. Get out for some walks if you can. It's such a difficult time and you just need to go easy on yourself. Sending you masses of luck x

Pinkprincess209 · 27/12/2023 20:21

@preggo39 that's a lovely message your so kind thank you so much.
My scan is on the 4th so fingers crossed.
Thank you again and again x x x

This is some off the discharge I've had today- what Do you all think? I had an esly scan today at 5+5 and a sac and yolk was seen and they think they could see an embryo - re scan next wrrk to check for heart beat and clearer view of embryo

MumOfHals · 30/12/2023 18:28

I had this at 6 weeks and also 8.5 weeks, I had a subchronic haematoma I was told not to worry unless it’s heavy fresh red blood and that brown / pink is completely normal as represents old blood xxx

(PIC OF DISCHARGE INCLUDED)
Hi ladies, some advice pls is this discharge normal I am 24 weeks pregnant and I get white, clear discharge but then it dries like this after few hours and also I always get a slight dampness aswell like a wet feeling but not overly wet to think it's amniotic fluid. I did have a lot of discharge at the beginning of pregnancy and I know that's normal. Is this still normal to have at 24 weeks obviously it's not a lot like I did have at beginning. Thankyou
