Physical restraint

Hi I am very very early pregnant, I'm 4 weeks pregnant and I've just had to restrain someone from hurting themselves and others which has also hurt me and was quite hard to do.
My question is, would have this affected my pregnancy? Could it affect it? I'm honestly in so much fear now😔

No, not at all. The baby is smaller than a bean in huge balloon of water. Baby is fine.

I don’t think so. I had a basketball chucked into my tummy early on and was so paranoid but midwife told me baby is soooooo protected then so it’s all good! Don’t worry I’m sure baby is fine :D

I had to strain alot and get into some weird and uncomfortable positions to do this, I think I panic too much 😂 xx

I totally understand. I panicked too much too, now I look back and wonder what all the panick was about 😂

No, baby will be fine. I was told that in order to harm the baby at such an early stage the trauma to the stomach would have to be equivalent to a car accident.

You will be absolutely fine. I was kicked in the stomach by a horse at 16 weeks and rang my midwife and she said baby was really well protected.
