I’m currently 21+4. During my first trimester I was hungry all the time but just for anything carbs! As I went into the second my appetite decreased, not to the point of anything worrying I would just say a healthy amount of hunger. At my 20 week scan the baby is measuring slightly small.
in the lash couple of weeks I’ve had days when I’m not hungry at all and says when I’m starving. I try not to over eat on the days that I’m really hungry but I’m worried that if I feel hungry I should just eat as the baby needs more but at the same time I’m worried about over eating! I’m also worried that my baby is small because I don’t always eat when hungry..is this reasonable?
pre pregnancy i weight trained regularly and followed a nutrition plan that was productive to this so I am used to food being very structured and eating at precise times.
any advice please!
