Second Trimester Impetigo

Just wondering if anyone has ever had impetigo when pregnant and not had an issue? I've suffered with it my whole life and I've woken up this morning and I've got all my telltale signs that I've got the start of impetigo on my lip (I've only been back at work 3 days!)

I googled it and really wish I hadn't as I'm now absolutely petrified.

I have tried to contact my midwife and not had a call back, my Dr's closed at 12 along side the pharmacy. Just don't want to spend all night fretting if there's no need!

I never got a call back from my midwife today.
I did ring my maternity assessment unit yesterday and spoke to them and they said it didn't seem there was any risk to unborn baby. I've been to see the Dr tonight as I wasn't sure if I'd need some antibiotics but they've just prescribed some more fusidic acid and he didn't seem concerned I was pregnant!
