Extreme tiredness

I'm 8 weeks pregnant and the tiredness is killing me. I remember being tired at this stage when I was pregnant with my son but i honestly can't get up off the sofa, and that says A LOT because I have adhd and I can never sit still.
I feel so guilty on my 2 year old, he's constantly trying to get me to stand up cause he wants to show me something but I just can't do it. It's making me miserable how tired I am. I keep leaving work at lunch time, luckily I work for myself so I can do this but obviously I'm missing out on money.

Is there anything I can take for an energy boost? I already take my pregnacare vitamins

I had blood tests at 4 and 6 weeks and it didn't show any deficiency

Oh, I remember this. For me it got better in the second trimester. I remember watching my dh play with my toddler and a dolls house wondering how he got the energy as if they were white water rafting or something.

My strategy was to do something in the morning, playgroup, park etc so that the afternoons could be quieter. I also rotated the toys so I could get something out that she hadn't played with for a while rather than just letting her loose to amuse herself.

When I felt my worse I'd bring her upstairs and put toys out in my bedroom. I would read aloud to her a lot too so that she had interaction and heard my voice but I could lay down if needed.
