Does anyone have any tips on sleeping in this horrible heat?! Sorry to sound miserable but I've always hated summer, I'm an autumn/winter girl 😆
Currently 32+4 and really struggling with the combo of heat & restless legs!

Magnesium tablets for the restless legs! Sorted me out every single time. Otherwise you just have to deal with it im afraid :(

I’m 36 weeks and struggling too - I’m sleeping with a damp towel on my feet!

You need magnesium, but make sure it's magnesium glycinate, not citrate. You can also get it in spray form.

Also struggling, 31 weeks!

@Aquamarine1029 why glycinate and not citrate? I just ordered these earlier, after seeing magnesium oxide in pregnacare: www.weldricks.co.uk/products/valupak-magnesium-tablets-pack-of-30

Citrate has a laxative effect and doesn't help with cramps and restless legs.

I’m 33 weeks and feeling the heat. Also a winter girl. I’ve had to have a fan on me for the last two nights, only way I’ve been able to get any sleep
