So I've been having regular scans, some through nhs and private.
I'm aware that private scanning machines aren't as good as the nhs one. The reason being is for reassurance as I've had recurrent miscarriages.

The pictures I've attached are the growth which yes is good.

So the first one I was measuring in between 5/6 weeks so no fetal pole was detected which was fine(private scan)
The second picture although blurry it was over the belly not internal and again I got measured 5/6 weeks which wasn't an issue as I knew I'd be further then that but because wasn't internal obviously difficult to see however did see a blinding heartbeat(nhs)
Then the 3rd was today and it was a rescan from the private clinic due to how early I was 2 weeks ago and they wanted to check the growth ect(private scan)
My problem is, today obviously we see a lot of growth which we're happy about and yes we did see the heart beat again, however it wasn't as strong as 4 days ago, now it could be the machine just isn't as good or it's not gonna end good, I'm trying to stay positive but after so many miscarriages it's really hard.
Officially 7 weeks today which is amazing in itself as not made it this far since my first son.

Has anyone else experienced this and in actual fact all has been ok? The more reassurance I have the better I suppose or even just 1 person experiencing this would help me chill😳

Sorry for your losses. Early pregnancy after a loss is so hard. I had an early scan after a miscarriage and I asked about the heart rate, I was told the rate wasn't measured and they just wanted to see a heartbeat. I had a later NHS scan (before the dating scan) for some bleeding and I was convinced the heartbeat looked slower. That baby is currently asleep next to me, so I don’t think it’s possible to predict the outcome just from glancing at the screen, especially when the baby is so small, the angles can change etc.
Hoping you get your rainbow x

It's the hardest, no matter how many scans I have, I'm nervous every time😓 the lady scanning me even put on the notes that the heartbeat looked irregular occasionally but she did say I apologies if all turns out ok and I've gave you unnecessary stress😳 which still could be the case, I've been advised to go back for another scan and just check progress which I probs would of done anyway but it's the waiting and not knowing😳

The scanxiety is so real, no matter how many you have. It’s tough when she’s written it down but it’s still impossible to know. 7 weeks being the furthest you’ve got since your son is a big step, but the waiting and uncertainty is so so hard. Hoping the next few weeks pass quickly for you
