according to both fertility friend and natural cycles i have ovulated and are 7-8 dpo, but im now on day 3 with a lower temperature, is it posible i have ovulated anyways?
i also have really heavy night sweats (and during the day) and wake up in the morning with only 16 degrees in my bedroom without a blanket and i feel really frozen, can that be why my temp is lower?
