Hi! I experienced horrible morning sickness in the first 4-9 weeks of pregnancy. Now I've reached my second trimester, I'm not sick every day, but I'll get the odd day every couple weeks where I'll just be vomiting all day and have the worst headache. Has this happened to anyone else? How did you stop it? I'd love to know why it's happening because it's just awful!

Congrats on your pregnancy! This sounds normal to me. I'm 16 weeks and so far have had 6 days now without sickness (longest ever stint!), Before that, from about 12 weeks, I'd be fine for 2-3 days and then have a day of sickness. I also had this pattern when pregnant with DS. It gradually just stopped altogether last time.

The headaches are also normal I believe for this stage in pregnancy. I get them so badly some days. Make sure you're drinking plenty of fluids and rest of you need to. The heat at the moment won't help so extra fluids may be needed. Sometimes a nap helps ease them for me x
