Pregnancy after bleeding?

So a week ago I had these tests very faint but the same day I started bleeding which got heavier I assumed MC as had them before. Would have been about 4 weeks gone so nothing much the early pregnancy unit could have done and doctors just say wait it out and test after 2 weeks. It’s been a week now and I did some tests as I’m weird like that I guess and they have gotten so much darker than the tests before? If my levels were dropping after a MC surly they would be getting fainter not darker? Anyone had similar? Going out of my mind ( first picture is last week & second picture was yesterday)

I guess test again next week, like they’ve suggested and see if there’s any more bleeding or line progression, and then you may have your answer, or be able to contact the Dr with your darker tests. It’s awful being stuck in limbo though, I feel for you 💜

Fingers crossed 🤞🏻

Hi OP I had bleeding at 6 weeks I thought it was all over (I’ve experienced MC before) but unlike last time I still FELT pregnant and when I had an early scan at 7 weeks all was fine, they said they could see some blood in the womb lining though that may or may not come out. How do you feel- what is your gut telling you?
Wishing you all the best 🙏

deep down my gut is telling me baby is still with us but I’m not sure if that’s because I want one or what? I’m so glad to hear of a successful story after bleeding! My bleeding has stopped completely now! It’s the waiting that’s killing me

Ps. My bleeding stopped completely too after one morning which made me think it was different to when I miscarried, as that lasted a while.

I’m tired but I have an active 2 year old so that’s hard to judge off! My boobs are perky and sensitive ! X

The waiting is horrendous!!!

I would definitely get in contact with your doctor and not leave it - there are numerous reasons for a bleed and it's best to make sure it's nothing worrying. A family friend (who actually is a doctor herself) had a very heavy bleed early on and assumed it was a miscarriage - only two months later did she realise she was still pregnant. She was told by the hosp she was pregnant with twins and she miscarried one early. Will keep everything crossed for you that you get good news🤞

I got in contact with the doctor when I was bleeding and they told me to leave it for a couple of weeks and test then. If still positive and no bleeding it’s a good sign but epu won’t do much until 6 weeks

You need a scan. In my case positive tests after a period like bleed meant an ectopic pregnancy.

Hey, sorry to hear what you going through.

I had a similar situation thinking i had a chemical and it ended up being an ectopic which then went onto rupture.

I did the clear blue weeks and it did go up but very very slowly!

I would say if your tests are still positive in a week but light lines speak to your EPU.

Fingers crossed its a viable pregnancy, miracles do happen

Hi, did you find out what was happening? I’m in a similar situation now, thought I was miscarrying 2 weeks ago as my hcg levels dropped from 111 to 45 within 48 hours and the next day I bled for a week just like a period. Was advised to take a test 2 weeks later to make sure it was negative, however it was positive… had my bloods done again and they were 150? 48 hours later they were 250 and another 48 hours later 415 (as of Friday)… I’ve been advised that my bloods are going up enough for it not to be a concern, but they think it’s a new pregnancy since my bleed (absolutely impossible) but they won’t listen. Worried it’s ectopic as I would be 7 weeks now and they have scanned me twice and seen nothing!
