Migraines affecting vision

Has anybody experienced migraines which affect your vision during pregnancy? I'm only 14 weeks and midwife just told me to take paracetamol.

Just wondering if anybody else had experienced this early on as well? I don't normally suffer from migraines.

I had a few really bad ones around about the same time as you but I had to come off migraine meds when I found out I was pregnant. You can take triptans whilst pregnant though, so maybe speak to your gp if they carry on

Yes. I suffer from them anyway with the visual aura, but pregnancy made them so much more frequent.

I assume it was hormone related and they eased off after the first trimester for me
