Is it exactly 4 weeks? Or 4 weeks and 4 days, for instance?

4 weeks 1 day.

Could be 4 weeks 2 day as was spotting

It's high, but it doesn't mean much.
Could be twins, or could just be early implantation.
It's too early to tell anyway, so don't worry about it too much.

But not dangerously high like something bad?

Think implanted at day 6. Dr thinks I am further along. But had period last month.

Honestly, that's not something anyone can answer right now.
It can mean nothing, it can mean multiples, it can mean molar or down syndrome.
But you won't find out anything until you have a scan in a few weeks, as right now a scan would show absolutely nothing.

Sorry its not more useful. But I wouldn't worry too much, sometimes, the values are just higher due to earlier implantation!
