I'm hoping for general advice or other people experiences.
I'll try and keep it short(ish).
I had an emergency call section 9 weeks ago. It was my first pregnancy and was a surrogate baby.
It was mentioned that the placenta embedded onto the uterine lining. I was too out of it to remember but my husband is sure they said they "got out as much of it as they could".
Jump to 6 weeks later and I start bleeding really heavy, (I hadn't stopped bleeding at all but it was worse).
Had a scan and they confirmed retained products...this is where it goes down hill and I'm lost.
Spoke to the Dr and he said he didn't want to remove as he didn't want to rupture the c section scar. He took bloods and send me on my way, no antibiotics or anything.
I got a phonecall as few days later to say my hcg level were low, so as far as their concerned, I'm good.
I asked about the bleeding and stomach pain, and what'll happen to the remaining tissue.
I was told if I'm still bleeding in 2 weeks call back.
So that's where I'm at now, I call again on Friday, but what should I expect from them?
I'm still bleeding, it's not much now, but still regular enough that it's daily and not stopping. My stomach is tender, I get hot flushes and I'm tired all the time (bearing in mind I don't have the baby keeping me up all night).
Anyone had similar or can suggest how I navigate the call on Friday?
