I can’t remember much of my first pregnancy physical symptom wise (even though it wasn’t too long ago) but wow this time round with 20mo DS I just feel like I’m so exhausted constantly

my body, my mind. I wfh luckily so when I have a dinner break I’ve been laying down or napping I’ve gotten so lazy!! Then I feel guilty for resting

DS is quite energetic too, can be up for an hour in the night wide awake chatting or up at 5am full of beans to start the day.

any tips from pregnant mamas who have kids?

I feel like such a sloth

No advice about coping with other children as this is my first but I wanted to let you know it’s ok to rest! You need it. Your body is doing soooo much hard work behind the scenes and you shouldn’t feel guilty or lazy. Easier said than done I know. Your body is literally changing shape, your brain is changing, your hormones are going crazy and to top it all off you’re growing a new human being You’re doing a fantastic job I’m sure. Take care of yourself and good luck 😌

I feel like a sloth this pregnancy too. Have a 4 year old and he’s been home for summer holidays whilst first trimester kicked in 🤦🏾‍♀️thank goodness we managed to book in a few days nursery here and there. it’s been hard but rest as much as you can as and when you can. Go bed early even if to read / watch a show. I’ve minimised and not planned things in so I’m doing as little as possible.
