I've decided to open this group entirely dedicated to us over 40 who are TTC or pregnant, with grown-up children. To get to know each other better, please share some basic information: age, how many cycles of trying you've had, if you're already pregnant, how many months into your pregnancy you are, the number of children you have and their ages. Additionally, if you've prepared your grown-up children for the arrival of a little brother or sister and if they're happy.

I'm 40 years old and we started trying for our first child in November. I already have a 19-year-old son from my previous relationship, but I haven't told him yet that I want to give him a little brother or sister. I think he might be surprised that Mom at 40 is still up to these things...
