*Trigger* is this a miscarriage

Could any one advise me if this looks like a pregnancy loss? I’ve no idea where I am with my cycle but this is what I lost ? Thanks 😞

I see no one has commented yet. I have absolutely no idea but doesn't look like normal period. Is it possible you were pregnant? 😔

If you're worried you can ring the early pregnancy assessment unit in your area and they'll bring you in for a scan and check it all out for you. I had a subchorionic hematoma and had to see them a few times due to heavy bleeding and they were very supportive and empathetic and I would have no hesitation ringing again if I needed to.
