Early labour/birth

Hey all!

After a few small complications it's looking like I'm going to be having my twins between 34-35 weeks and I'm a little worried.

Has anyone else had an early baby and can re-assure me that they will be okay? How long did they have to stay in the hospital for? Were they in nicu or with yourself?

How much do I pack in my hospital bag if I expect to stay in for a little while if they're early?

How many preemie/tiny baby clothes should I buy?

i had my twins on the 8/7 they wasn’t meant to be born till the 23/8 they weighted 3.9lbs and 4.1lbs. They were in nicu for two weeks then was discharged and shocked everyone with how well the came along for how early they was. I stayed in for three night after having c-section. I brought tiny baby clothes depending where you buy clothes from some may seem a bit bigger than others
My hospital bag was pajamas shower stuff loose nightie slippers pads and breast pads loose clothes for when your due to be discharged and for babies they said some hats but mine didn’t fit them as they was that small so had some nitted ones made for them. Being in the incubator they didn’t wear vests for the first few days but I took in short sleeves vests baby groves I packed like 4-5 of each but that was x2 as twins and took them home each night to wash when I went to see them nappies and I have them a pack each so they didn’t run out I wouldn’t take wet wipes as they might get a nappy rash as skin will be really sensitive so just cotton balls my hospital supplied sterile bottled water to do their bums with. Now my little boys are are getting little chunks and both weight over 8lbs.
