Faint positive

I had been feeling unwell so did a test to rule out pregnancy. The line came up straight away but is faint, it’s light pink so I don’t think an evap line. I am on the pill but my last ‘period’ was at the wrong time and I had spotting 4 days ago. Is it this just an early positive or something else?

My test came up like this, I had to do another one the next day, which was positive, I was only a couple of weeks pregnant. Now I have a beautiful 3 month old 🥰

Could someone please tell me if this is a positive test
