Second trimester headaches

They just seem to be constant… anyone have similar experience?

I’ve had them this past week I’m almost at 13 weeks. Horrid aren’t they. I had them with first pregnancy too. I’ve been taking paracetamol regularly. I had an Indian head massage lastnight too & it has helped alot! Also yoga has helped just YouTube videos. Try to drink plenty of water too if you can.

Ooh a head massage sounds like heaven. I woke up so thirsty in the night I think maybe it is dehydration. I am drinking SO much but need to keep having one regularly and maybe a lot before bed. Thanks!

Definately give the head massage a go if you can.Keep up the water!

Yes, really frequent and bad between week 13-15 ish, less frequent now but still the odd few days with a headache that won't go away...
