Accidentally used retinoid

I'm 24 weeks pregnant and I just used a new night cream I bought: Cetaphil Hydrating Night Cream. It didn't seem to mention any retinol etc. My face started feeling a bit warm after about 40 minutes so did a Google and it turns out it does contain a retinoid. I washed it all off but now I'm panicking that it might have harmed the baby. Someone please tell me I'm being crazy and 40 minutes use will have no impact 🙃

If it's just an over the counter one, you'll be absolutely fine.

If it's a prescription one you'll be fine after one use too, but you'll be especially fine if it's an over the counter one.

Yes it's just an over the counter cream that's sold in lots of high street stores. I think I'm probably just overthinking it
