Bruised feeling after 12 week scan

The right part of my stomach is very sore to touch and feel almost like a bruise but there is nothing visible.

I had my 12 week scan and there was a lot of probing and pressing by the sonography as it was difficult to scan because of baby's position.

Is this common? It seems excessive because it is really sore and now I'm a bit concerned

I had an anomaly scan last week and had a similar feeling afterwards, think baby was in an awkward position and the doctor had to press down quite a bit to get a good view! It went away pretty quickly

I have found it sore after all my scans but the 12 weeks one is the worst as they push harder! It will ease in a day or so try not to worry x

Yep I was a bit sore after 12 week scan - went after a day or so.
