Physiological gut herniation

Hi all! Has anyone experienced a physiological gut herniation that resolved itself?

I had a scan on Monday due to bleeding and the sonographer immediately had me on edge as she mentioned first trimester screening straight away... so I knew she'd spotted something! At the end she told me she'd seen a physiological gut herniation. It could be because it's still working it's way back in.

She said I was measuring 11+6 but I know the date of conception and I was exactly 11 weeks. I have another scan on Friday.

Ideally looking for advice from a sonographer or someone who experienced this too. Staying positive (nuchal looked good) and hoping to hear some good stories. Thanks!

Updating this in case anyone else goes through the same in the future! This was all resolved 4 days later. ☺️ The sonographer doing the first trimester screening was very calm and blasé about the whole thing vs the previous one.
