Bleeding - subchorionic haemotoma SCH

I'm currently 13wks and 5days
at 11wks 5 days I had a heavy red bleeding, I went to my local EPU and had a scan, baby was fine luckily but I had a 3cm haemotoma, I bled again that weekend but since then I've been on modified bed rest and have had dark brown old blood coming out.
I went for my dating scan yesterday, baby was fine but in an awkward position so the sonographer was pushing quite hard and it hurt me (I did prewarn her about the haemotoma). The haemotoma was still there and the same size as previously. At 4am this morning the red bleeding started again and I am in pain so I'm sure she has disrupted the haemotoma
The EPU are useless and tell me scans don't cause bleeding, they just leave you to worry.

Has anyone else had a painful scan with a haemotoma and ended up bleeding afterwards?
Do I need to be worried?
