Vomiting without nausea?!

10 weeks. I do sometimes have nausea, but I’ll often gag without actually feeling sick, and I’ve been sick a few times without actually feeling nauseous. I won’t feel sick at all then suddenly I’ll be throwing up. I think I had this is my first pregnancy too. It seems a bit odd.

Has anyone else had this?

I had it the other way round but I think your way sounds preferable! I doubt it reflects anything about the health of your pregnancy. Fingers crossed you start to feel better over the next few weeks
