Rash on hands -36 weeks

I’m nearly 36 weeks and I’ve come out with like rash/spots on my hands. They aren’t itchy or raised or sore or anything.

just wondering if anyone knows what they could be at all?

I had something similar and was told it could be a sign of covid - it wasn't. But they also did my bloods to check it wasn't cholestasis, which it wasn't. It disappeared a few weeks after DD was born.

Definitely call your midwife.
