Okay the whole story is kind of messy and confusing. But there is a chance I'm pregnant, and I'm having symptoms. To summarise everything, I took a test this morning and it had a very faint line which grew darker throughout the day. Positive or evap?
The whole story for context:
I had a small amount of bleeding, the equivalent of a light period, so I thought that I couldn't be pregnant. But after further research and continuation of symptoms, I feel I may be. So I took a test to "clear things up" this morning, and it came back, shockingly, with a very very faint line which I noticed just a minute after the test was taken.
Over the 10 minutes it became clearer, and I could definitely see blue dye in the line, though it was very faint. I put it away but ended up looking again a few hours later, I know the results at that point are not valid... But it is darker now and shows up on camera. It's the line I saw when I took the test, but clearer. It darkened throughout the day, and is pretty blue, especially in person looking at it.
If the bleed I had was for a reason other than my period, then I had implantation when I originally thought. I would be five and a half weeks by now. (Could the hook effect be causing the line to be faint?) If the light bleeding was not my period and was implantation bleeding, then it's possible that I'm not as far in.
I've researched everything from evap lines, false positives, the hook effect... I took a couple more tests but it's the middle of the day and I'm fairly hydrated. They were negative
I'm going to take more tests tomorrow morning.
Any opinions? Was this a positive result?
(Side note, the bleeding I had was early for my period, it was lighter than normal but still filled a pad, and it ended within 2 days which is very odd for me, with little to no cramps. I usually have them heavy, on a longer cycle and very painful).
