Morning sickness worse at 14 weeks

Just wondering if anyone has been in the same boat.
I have had pretty bad morning sickness throughout, not much vomiting but feeling very nauseous, but about a week ago the nausea ramped up even more and I started feeling so dizzy and wobbly I couldn't stand for long. My heart rate is high and I have been in bed all week with no sign of it improving.
I have been put on some anti sickness meds which has taken the edge off the nausea but I am still so dizzy, breathless and heart rate is still high.
I have seen the GP and he has taken blood pressure and bloods and can't see an obvious problem (apart from heart rate).

I don't know if anyone has had anything similar. I don't know if this is something that could be normal pregnancy symptoms or something I should be worrying about?
I just feel totally useless and having to call in all the favours as I have a 3 yr old toddler. 😩 I just thought things would be improving at this point not getting worse.

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.
