I also have mild cramping and lower back pain

Is it getting any worse? It could be some implantation if it doesn't get any heaver or redder

Looks like what I had at 6 weeks. Was only when I wiped a few times over a day or so

It doesn't appear to be getting worse. Its only when I wipe after using the toilet. Nothing in my underwear.

@twoandcooplease did you then go on to have a normal healthy pregnancy?

I had bleeding at 5 weeks thinking it's my periods as I hadn't tested yet after so many previous disappointments. It lasted that one evening and then nothing. Have now a 16 month old. If it continues and gets worse with tissues coming out then you know it's mc.

Yes I did @babynothreee I think it must have been implantation but it frightened me. I thought bleeding during pregnancy was a big no no but implantation spotting (like yours looks!) seems to be really common

I had a private scan at 7weeks to put my worries at rest....
