So I'm 38 weeks pregnant with my 3rd baby. My baby is back to back (has been all the way through) and was 2/5ths engaged 2 weeks ago.
For the past 3 days I have had on and off back pain, just above my tailbone and sometimes radiating into the middle of my spine. Some of these have been paired with cramps on my stomach, some have been paired with pains in my thighs. They've stayed consistent on and off and not increased much in pain.
I have also been feeling really poorly the last 3 days and I have also consistently been having the runs.
I've never experienced back to back labour so have no idea if what I'm experiencing is early labour or just pain in general.
Any advice please
