Braxton Hicks?

I'm 31 weeks today and I've been noticing my stomach starting to tighten up and cramp slightly every so often. I wouldn't say it's painful, just uncomfortable. Does this sound like braxton hicks? I seem to get them when I being active as well.

Yes I think so. My Braxton-Hicks felt like a tightening, and my bump would feel hard if I touched it.
I got it lots while exercising too.

Sounds very much like braxton hicks. Particularly if they come when you’re being active. I usually get them when I’m dehydrated too.

Thanks. This is my 3rd and I've never had them before so I was a bit taken aback! Was worried they were actual contractions but they don't feel like them. Feel a lot more dull. Definitely going to start taking it a bit easier from now on.

I had them with my first but not until the third trimester. I’m pregnant with my second now and I’ve had them already at 16 weeks!

I felt contractions very low down and in my back personally, whereas Braxton Hicks for me are very much front and all over my bump.

Im entering my 28th week and begun feeling them in earnest the last few days. my tummy actually goes from a round shape to a almost a cube as it tightens up. its a strange feeling but not painful at all.
