Hi!

I am 4+1 weeks pregnant , after suffering a chemical miscarriage in June I am petrified with every cramp I am getting!

did anyone else have constant cramps in early pregnancy- they are not very painful at all, but I can feel them there and it is getting me so anxious. I did a clear blue how many weeks test and it’s gone up to 2-3 which is giving me some reassurance but I am still so anxious and wondering wether my anxiety is causing the cramps!

please share your experience with early cramps and if any of you had constant but mild cramps!

thanks ! :)

With my first I had some horrible cramps, a few I actually took paracetamol for they were so bad. Like an aching, stretching feeling. I'd had a miscarriage previously too and was so scared, I remember spending one weekend in bed with cramps just thinking the worst the whole time. She's 4 now!

Please try not to worry it can definitely be normal for some of us, my midwife said it's just your baby snuggling in, which helped me a bit.

Hi. How are you getting on now?

I'm 4 weeks today and have constant cramps or aches 😔

Hey hun @AlexandraPaige , congratulations first of all!

oh god I know how you feel the constant worry and anxiety. Happy to report I will be 12 weeks on Sunday :). Cramps went around 8 weeks - they can be completely normal . Just keep an eye out for bleeding- if you can afford it I would recommend getting a private scan at 6 weeks.

I did tests everyday to watch my line get darker on the paper strips until i got my dye stealer- it seems obsessive but helped with my anxiety!

Hope it all goes well for you keep us posted! :)

@AAK1 congratulations!

Thanks. I've got a scan with EPU next week but I'll only be 5+2.

I've been testing lots too. My line is getting darker but still feel so worried.

@AlexandraPaige thankyou!
that’s a good sign! It’s easier said than done but just try to relax. Next week will be here in no time.
hope it all goes well!

I had constant cramps the first 2 weeks after bfp. It was annoying but I thought at least it proved something was in there!

Hi, I have been reading everyone posts over the years and I thought I would finally post one. Read so many amazing and sad stories and was hoping to find some comfort from this. I am pregnant for the 07th time in 5 years. All my other 6 pregnancies ended in miscarriage. Most of them were chromosomal, tests all came back sporadic so have been told to keep going. I have low egg reserve at 1.1 so this is more than likely the factor of why the egg doesn't develop and cant get past 08 weeks. I was literally going to start chlomid this month to give it a try to see if I succeed in a pregnancy to stimulate my eggs before we go down the IVF route but found out i was pregnant. I have been feeling great and went for a scan at 5.5 weeks, they saw the gestational sac and yolk sac and said to come back in two weeks. They have advised me to take aspirin and cyclogest. I have been on these medications previously plus , inhixa injections and progesterone injections and all still failed, as if chromosomal nothing will help this. So I started cyclogest on Monday 07th after scan and sunday evening i experience cramps. I have had some Monday (14th) and some today - all on and off but through out the day. Is it normal to experience cramping and aches as my head is just saying Miscarriage is on way. I am trying to stay relaxed but i wont be until my next scan, which is on 22nd. I have pains in lower back, hip and aches in my legs (which could be sciatica) as I do get that from not exercising and moving around alot. I haven't continued exercising as I dont want to risk anything so having the odd walk. I know everyone body's is different and although some women get pain and blood they still go on to have baby. I havent been one of those lucky ones yet. I havnt had any bleeding as such and I know the pessaries can mask this. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

hi TTCmuma7
was this pregnancy successful?
