Bleeding 6 weeks pregnant

Hi,
I guess I'm looking for any positive stories on this!

This I'd my 4th pregnancy- currently 6 weeks approx. Previous 3 had various small spotting episodes throughout and very sick. This pregnancy not so much nausea apart from when tired at night, some breast tenderness and Metallic taste

3 days ago had light pink discharge when wiping. 24hours later had a bowel movement and now bleeding red and heavier and hasn't stopped since.

Contacted EPU and had a scan. Heartbeat seen. Told I'd have repeat scan 2 weeks.

Has anyone ever experienced this bleeding and had a positive outcome?? I'm so sad. Bleeding is staining pad when I walk about and present in toilet when I pee and wipe.

Yes - I have bled all throughout my first trimester maybe twice/three times a week for short periods and now into my second still had the odd spot.

Most the time it has been pink spotting but then I have had bloody discharge, slightly heavier red, some brown. A real mix bag. They couldn't find a reason but has been no issues x

It's so worrying and takes away all the joy of pregnancy doesn't it! I'm scared to move. Today's the 4th day of constant bleeding... if it wasn't for the fact I saw the HB the other day while having these symptoms I'd think it was all over. Still not very hopeful at all but hard to hold it together when I've another 3 little ones 😒
