Is it ok to carry/lift a toddler when your pregnant?As your not meant to carry anything heavy or am I just being over paranoid?????

Umm you'll find it pretty hard not too and yes it's generally fine. Bend from your knees not your back though - your balance will be out and you risk injury if you don't lift properly.

Thankfully DD learned to walk when I got to six weeks pregnant but still demands to be carried at lot
