So i came on my period on the 10th of july and came off on the 16th i had to take lovrelle morning after pill on the 29th of july then still haven't come on my period and its now the 11th of August, i have had symptoms of period but no period but only period pains in my back, i have had a few negative test last week but did one this morning and it looks like this..

What do you think

I think so too, im trying to work out if when i took the morning after pill i had already ovulated because i know it wont work if so

The MAP can delay your period so I wouldn't panic just yet

Although I get what you mean as it's around ovulation obv

I wouldn't say its positive op. There's hardly a line and no colour to it. Plus cheap tests always gave me these kinds of results even when I wasn't.

I came on my period 7th July so a few days earlier than you and I tested August 6th and had a very clear positive by then so I would like to think yours would be showing by now although there may be a delay due to the morning after pill. Best to test again in a week!

I got severe bad pains about 4/5 hours ago that have just got worse and worse and all in my back too, felt like i had started went to the toilet and found this in my underwear..

Could be a decidual cast. I had one when I was about 21 but I was on my period at the time. Was told by Dr that it can happen with an ectopic though so bear that in mind with your late period.

I would test in a week and see if you’re still negative? Or if you have severe pain A&E just to be safe due to ectopic risk?

I have had no bleeding since loosing the tissue last night and have been in pain throughout thr night, woke up in alot of pain too and just done a clesr blue and its completely invalid?

I'd get a pink dye test like first response. But if you are in a lot of pain it might be worth a call to 111 and see if they think you need an urgent scan or anything to rule out ectopic pregnancy

Thats what im worried about an eptopic pregnancy, im waiting for the clinician from 111 to call

Definitely get in touch or just go to A&E if you are in a lot of pain! They can do your bloods there too.

I went into the hospital and was told i had miscarried, i could only have been 4 weeks tops! but i have only been spottiing, i lost what looked like a £2 lump of jelly but no heavy bleeding at all and have continued to have no bleeding since, im just confused as to wether it definitely is a miscarriage or could possibly still be pregnant has anyone has similar experience?

How did the hospital diagnose your miscarriage? Did they do any bloods or a scan?

No scan or blood. Just looked at the photos

I’m surprised they didn’t take your bloods at the hospital! I know you said you could have only been 4 weeks tops but the first day of my LMP was 7th July and I was measuring 5 weeks + 6 on Saturday (hospital checked the previous Tuesday).

Considering the date of your LMP and the faint/negative or invalid tests you’ve got, plus the loss of tissue, I would probably be leaning towards just taking another test in a weeks time to confirm you’re not pregnant. But are you still in pain? If so there’s no harm going to hospital and asking for your bloods checking! EPU can do same also, maybe give them a call? I’m in South Yorkshire and they’re pretty good at getting you in around here quickly! Hopefully they could get you in soon🤞🏽

See im so glad you have said that because that's what im thinking too, no no pain and no bleeding at all! Im going to do another test in 3 werks and see cause im so confused, thank you so much for your advise

Implantation bleeding or miscarriage?????

It’s difficult to say. Have you had any other significant bleeding or cramps? I would be inclined to take a pink dye test if my period still hadn’t shown or if you have significant pain perhaps consider calling EPU to rule out a possible ectopic? You have obviously passed some tissue but it may not be complete.
