Polyps & BFP Spotting

Hello

I’m hoping someone might be able to help. A bit of background. Me and my husband have been TTC for nearly a year, had a chemical pregnancy in March and have been undergoing some tests under a consultant.
I had an internal ultrasound which has found 2 polyps (one in my uterus and One in my cervical canal) and cysts on my ovaries. The consultant decided I’d need a hysteroscopy however, this week I have had my bFP! Hooray! However, it is accompanied by some tan cm which has been going on for a couple of days, not getting heavier and not red.
Has anybody had any success with this? Could it be caused by the polyps? Trying to stay positive!

I also had a pesky polyp which was removed after TTC without success for 1 year. Immediately fell pregnant. But don't worry as I had light to dark brown spotting for a week and a half after my bfp. Had a scan at EPU that confirmed the pregnancy was in the right place. It's now stopped (I'm only 6 weeks). Anyway, it's likely implantation spotting if it's light spotting and brown in colour.
