Sensitising events

Hi all,
I’m rhesus negative and my baby is predicted positive. Currently 31+3. I have become really anxious about sensitising events, and am looking for others’ experiences based on what their midwives have told them. I caught the edge of my bump on the corner of a kitchen cupboard door today; it only lightly touched my tummy, but it made me jump back because it was the corner itself that touched my belly. The last time I asked a doctor when I was in for a checkup at the hospital, she said typically a sensitising event would be trauma to the stomach that would cause internal bleeding. I am finding it difficult to know what counts as trauma.
Thanks in advance
