Long gone anxiety coming back now pregnant

I had anxiety a while ago, it would keep me awake I would obsess over small things and not sleep. Be so anxious to go to work I would think about it all day the day before I was due to go in. I had CBT and sertraline which I weaned off after 6 months. From then on I was fine and could handle stresses and sleep well.

Now I'm pregnant, for the past 2 weeks my anxiety has been off the roof. I have work tomorrow after having 2 days off since Monday and I'm dreading it. If I didn't need the money I would phone in sick. Its ruined my days off and I cant pin point why. I felt like this last week too.

Will the feelings pass as the hormones calm down ? I'm 7 weeks now.

It might OP but it also might not - I would speak to your midwife and see if there is any help available, like more CBT.

Are there any exercises that helped from the CBT you did last time?

You know I felt very rushed off the CBT, it helped me to rationalise fears that were not likely to happen but the moment I made the tiniest improvement they suggested that I end my sessions early. I found it quite unsupportive and you could tell they just wanted to end care.

The sertraline helped for a while, but I started feeling numb and indifferent to everything so I weaned off. I was fine after that for about a year until now. I haven't had my midwife appointment yet, most of my anxiety is leading up to going to work. I can't put my finger on it but it's just a feeling of I don't want to go, I'm not going to enjoy it and I'm going to be clock-watching the whole time.
