Pain in upper stomach (just under ribs)

Anyone got any ideas? I'm 35wks pregnant. I have got a pain at the top of my stomach that feels like i am being lightly electrocuted/tingley sensation that type of thing... really uncomforatable and my skin has become tender to touch. No sign of any rash or anything.
Pregnancy (my first) very normal so far.

Any ideas???

Please read the OP, I am NOT saying that it is this, but I would be inclined to gte it checked if you think it could be.

Some epigastric pain is cause for concern because it could be a symptom of pre-eclampsia. I'd contact your MW to get your blood pressure and urine checked.
