Stretchmarks

Wondering if anyone can help. I’m 24+5 and when in the shower noticed 3 red lines appear across my bump to the right of belly button. About 30 mins after the shower they have disappeared, do they look like the start of Stretchmarks and the heat has brought them up?

They don’t look like stretch marks. Look more like finger mark like you itches your belly or something

I thought that too but didn’t even have my hands on my bump in the shower, just looked down and 3 red lines had appeared - strange! Thanks for reply
