6 bfp then bfn ?? :(

Hi ladies,

I just had my bfp at 11dpo, it’s my first baby and we’ve been trying for a while so we are so shocked and happy. Because of the excitement I’ve been taking a lot of tests (I had positive with both cheapie and digital on 11dpo).

then tonight at 14dpo, I did a test with an internet cheapie (10miu) and it came up negative. My pee was a bit diluted and probably didn’t have a very long hold, but still this is 3 days later, if anything shouldn’t it have doubled and at least still show up?

im freaking out and so upset. My boobs are still sore and everything but I’m scared if I’ve lost it all of a sudden? Last time I tested with digital and got a positive was yesterday evening!

Definitely retake it in the morning. Fingers crossed your urine was just very diluted. Though I'm sorry to say you may have had a chemical if it's negative or if the line is getting much lighter.

How long have you been trying?

Surely if it was a chemical the line would still show though but get gradually lighter? My last positive was yesterday and it was stronger than the previous days

As others have said retest with fmu. I have my fingers crossed for you.

The hcg has likely doubled but remember in the early days even doubling that could mean from 20 to 40 which is still very low plus diluted urine and not a long hold. Keep to testing with first morning urine

I did a test this morning with FMU, I bought a cheap ‘normal’ test that was a 25miu sensitivity (I have been testing with early 10miu till now) and it came up positive 🥹 thank god.

i tried that digital ‘how many weeks’ and that didn’t work even though both are 25miu but the non digital had a very clear line

so happy it came up and it wasn’t even an early one. I’m 15dpo today x

Digital tests aren't as sensitive so early

Both tests said ‘25miu‘ so if I got a line in the other one then surely it would come up pregnant on digital

I've seen alot of women on here say that they had negative on Digital but positive on normal so it's just something to take into consideration. Hope you get results you want soon🤞

That happened to me . Positives on FR from 10dpo.
Afternoon 14dpo cheapy was stark negative. Not even a squinter!

It was all fine.

My advice is step away from tests now they cause more stress and out money towards an early reassurance scan around 7 weeks if you need x
