34 weeks- stomach cramps and sharp pain in lower abdomen

Hey all :)

Im 34 weeks today and since last night I have noticed I am getting dull stomach cramps and on the random sharp pains in my lower tummy.

I have been told baby’s head is engaged. I have had lower back pain, but nothing too severe.

Could this be signs of early labour?

Give your local maternity hospital a ring as you are 34 weeks to get checked.

Probably not. Sounds like the ligaments stretching and loosening up preparing for the big day.

I'm 34 weeks and feeling this today. How did you get on? My baby's head is engaged too so I'm really nervous about an early arrival 😕
