Spotting at 7 weeks

I had some sharp pains last night down below and this morning when I wiped there was a spot of bright red blood. .I haven't had any more but down there feels a dull ache.

I am so scared I will Mc has anyone had this please and is it normal? Xx

Earlier in the week I had a lot of red blood, I was convinced was a mc and I went to epu as my tests still very strong and they found I have a subchorionic hematoma. I was 5+1 at that point. If you are concerned you can go to epu x
