Hi guys,

I am extremely nervous and anxious and need some advice. Last week I attended my local maternity unit due to a second episode of reduced movement. All was fine but I was told that as it’s my second episode, they have to refer me for a scan to make sure all was okay. The results back back that baby’s AC decreased from 76% to 42% and they were concerned. I have another scan booked in in two weeks and also a visit with a consultant and I’m extremely nervous. What could be wrong? Did anyone have a similar situation? My Doppler came back fine so at least that’s slightly reassuring

How far along are you? I had something similar with my first baby - extra growth scans from 34 weeks as baby was measuring small. Consultant was very reassuring and I was just monitored and told to be hyper-aware of movements. Was a possibility that I was going to give birth at 37 weeks but held on and ended up having a cesarean at 39+4 (baby was breech too). Weighed 6lbs6oz so A little small but Perfectly healthy. Try not to worry x

I’m 29 weeks, everything was smooth so far and that’s why I’m stressing, thinking has my baby stopped growing? The consultant visit sounds serious and so it makes me extra anxious that it must be serious
