I’m 11 weeks today and I’ve struggled with nausea for what feels like an eternity. I can’t cope, it’s making me miserable :(

When does this symptom pass? Any reassurance would be greatly appreciated :(

Sorry you're feeling rubbish OP. I'm 11 weeks too and in the same boat. Felt awful the last week after having a bit of a break from symptoms at around 10 weeks. This is my second baby, with my first the sickness and nausea, etc had mostly gone by 14 weeks so by that marker, not much longer to go 🤞 I hope you start to feel better soon x

It was about week 17/18 for me. For others week 14, and some as long as 25 weeks. It’s brutal. Do what you need to survive.

@Lottie917 This is my second baby too, I don’t remember the nausea being so bad the first time round. I wonder if it’s because I didn’t have a 3 year old to run around after then 😟

It’s the extreme fatigue combined with always feeling sick (but never actually being sick) that I’m finding the hardest.

Hopefully it eases for us both soon 🤞🏻

@marmite2023 I’m hoping it eases sooner rather than later 🤞🏻😣

13 weeks and it magically disappeared for me.

HayleyBean · 04/08/2023 13:39

20 weeks for me. The constant nausea was awful and made me feel so tired and mentally drained

jumperoozles · 04/08/2023 13:42

By 13 weeks it had mostly gone for me :) hang in there!

Sunshinevibes91 · 05/08/2023 12:09

I'm just over 13 weeks and wishing my nausea would just vanish. I haven't been able to work for weeks and just seem to be in bed day in and day out because it's been so bad I feel sick and I am sick when I eat. I am slowly now starting to eat a little more and finding that I am keeping more foods down but it's just making me feel so fed up and drained. Hope your feeling better soon op. Xx

Sick all day, every day with all three DC, only ended with their births.

TakeMe2Insanity · 05/08/2023 12:24

24 weeks in previous pregnancy. In this pregnancy it’s still happening currently past 24 weeks.

faban · 05/08/2023 12:27

Apparently ginger root tablets are amazing for nausea

Hi, I just found out I’m pregnant via pregnancy test my I’m only 4 weeks along but already feel nauseous, no vomiting just feel not so good.

my back is hurting a lot abit like before period but since 6 days ago it’s been hurting like this, I had an internal scan today but midwife cannot see the baby must be too early, but has taken blood test what is this blood test about? What are they looking for that I’m actually pregnant??

I will need another one 48 hours later. I’m so paranoid about the back pains, my other pregnancies I didn’t have back pain till after 5 months.

Hi OP, I can empathise with this - I had a dreadful time with nausea until very recently. Currently 14 weeks and generally much better, bar the odd day. However, I seem to have replaced nausea with headaches so nothing's ever perfect, eh?

Hopefulfirstround · 09/08/2023 18:44

I’m 6+4 and today the nausea has absolutely flattened me . Sipping water in bed trying to survive . Tried eating toast and cereal and ginger . Nothing is working , I wish I could just throw up and be done with it !

Alloveragain3 · 09/08/2023 18:54

Better by 14 weeks, practically gone by 16 weeks but having the odd day now at 26 weeks if I'm over tired (3 year old to run after here too!)
