Restarting Cyclogest

Hi everyone, currently 14+1 and I’ve been on Cyclogest pessaries twice daily since finding out I was pregnant. I was told to stop the pessaries at 13 weeks gestation but ended up stopping these at 13 and a half as my scan showed I was further along than I thought. I’ve been very unwell since stopping them and my GP has said that I really should have been on them until 16 weeks given my history and he’s not sure why I’ve been told to stop at 13 weeks. He’s advised me to start taking them again today and to go back to the full dose. Has anyone stopped them and then restarted? I’m concerned as I’ve had a few days without them now and I’m worried stopping and starting will cause problems. My GP didn’t seem to think it would be an issue but I just wondered if anyone else has done this? TIA x
